For the new 23 season: Bürstner Camper van and caravan model redesigns; innovation of the year in the motorhome area.
Kehl. For the upcoming caravanning season, Bürstner GmbH & Co. KG has focused mainly on the motorhome area in terms of its new developments. In 2023, Bürstner will be launching not just one but two new model ranges – the Lyseo Gallery TD and the Lyseo I.
Its new portfolio highlight is the innovative and award-winning semi-integrated Lyseo Gallery TD with an inflatable over-cab alcove that will go into serial production in the autumn of 2022, with two compact layouts that are not even seven metres long. It will feature many of the elements of the prototype shown last year.
With the new fully integrated model range Lyseo I, Bürstner will be closing a gap in its offer of mid-range price segment coach-built models. Based on a Fiat Ducato 2.3 MultiJet with a 138bhp engine and automatic transmission, it offers high-quality features, a homely habitation concept and outstanding ergonomic design. The five layout solutions meet various sleeping and living requirements, and come with a functional, insulating Thermo-Floor sandwich floor throughout.
The semi-integrated model range Lyseo TD has been redesigned. With two new layouts with settee-to-settee lounges and large beds, it sets innovative accents in the habitation area. In future, this model range, which is very important for Bürstner, will no longer include the comfort upgrade Harmony Line as a separate model range but as a pack of extras.
From the new season onwards, the Ford Transit based camper van Lineo, launched only a few weeks ago, will include a "sleeping extension" on both sides as a standard feature. This makes it possible to create an XXL rear transverse bed that is over two metres long and will be much appreciated particularly by taller customers. On the inside, this sleeping comfort selling point has been integrated into a homely and comfortable "wohnfühl" home away from home habitation design, and on the outside into the overall design in an unobtrusive way.
In the caravan area, the Averso Plus will offer an additional bonus from 2023 onwards with the digital app "My Bürstner". It will be a standard feature that makes it possible to monitor various charge levels such as the battery voltage, for example, via a smartphone. Many other sensors, for example for monitoring the water level and the habitation temperature, checking whether the windows are closed or ensuring that the tow weight is not exceeded, are optional offers. From 2023 onwards, the entry-level model range Premio Life will come with a new chassis, a compressor refrigerator and a redesigned Premio Life 490 TK that sleeps seven people. Premio and Premio Plus will be given a homely facelift in the habitation area with modern furniture finishes and a choice of five upholstery fabrics. A new layout – the Premio 455 TS – will increase the portfolio to ten habitation design versions. Also new in the Premio is the optionally available "Comfort Shower Pack".
