Bürstner is introducing the new Lyseo M based on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter even before the start of the 2020 model season. In an unprecedented way, this motorhome combines the typical Bürstner brand values of harmonious spatial design, ergonomic
solutions and intelligent use of space on a Mercedes chassis.
Bürstner on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: the new Lyseo M Harmony Line is #Wohnfühlen
Kehl.– The new Bürstner Lyseo M is making its mark among the current generation of Mercedes motorhomes. The Lyseo M is a compact vehicle (less than 7 m), which is available with both manual and automatic transmissions. The elevated-frame chassis with Tenorite Grey metallic paintwork offers rear-wheel drive and a continuous floor covering. The Lyseo M delivers proven Mercedes technology with many extras and assistance systems like a passenger car – including Crosswind Assist, Main Beam Assist, Active Braking Assist, Hill Start Assist and more. Its striking rear end with the redesigned Bürstner hybrid rear lights means the Lyseo M is also unmistakable when viewed from the rear.
Interior design: Wohnfühlen at a new level
The Lyseo M is a Mercedes, Bürstner-style. The vehicle provides exceptional interior design, with high-quality materials, a pleasing look and feel, and a new mix of upholstery. To highlight this special feature, the motorhome is initially only available in the popular design-focused “Harmony Line” version. The new upholstery variants Rosario Pure, Merida Pure and Bari Pure emphasise the owner's individual style, enabling them to turn the Lyseo M's interior into a stylish living space. The newly developed Skyroof XL combines a newly designed, lightweight construction ceiling covering with indirect lighting (not available in combination with a fold-down bed). Its light and window designs make the Lyseo M appear light and spacious by day, but at night it becomes a cosy retreat: its new Vario blinds preventing others seeing in. The wall covering with the newly developed ambient lighting in the sleeping area is eye-catching.
Lyseo M – a new take on intelligent use of space
The Lyseo M is being launched with two layout versions, which are currently unique in the Bürstner fleet. The key feature of the 660 and the 690 G is their intelligent use of space. The 660 has an impressively large bed at the rear – the smaller wardrobe makes getting in and out of it easier – and, with an optional fold-down bed (above the seating area), it has enough room to sleep up to four people. The large kitchen with its high-quality kitchen appliances (also optionally available with a combined oven and hob) will appeal to food lovers. The redesigned flexible-length bath with swivel-mounted washbasin ensures you have as much room to shower as you do at home, making the showering experience as comfortable as possible.
The 690 G is the perfect companion for two people but can be optionally extended by a single-person fold-down bed. With its generous living and bathroom area, this layout has been designed to provide sufficient space and lots of room to move. In the living area, the chamfered galley kitchen with its large work surface (approx. 103 cm) and separate cooker and sink allow optimal through-access, while the inviting Flexo bath comes to a total of around 122 cm.
Both Harmony Line layouts have the new, high-quality entrance element, which is an absolute showstopper. Integrated as standard in the 660, the ceiling-high entrance element is only available in the 690 G in the standard version without fold-down bed. In both layouts, the entrance element provides innovative storage options, a new style magnetic strip that comes as standard, e.g. to transport the new (optional) Bürstner magnetic glasses more safely, and LED lighting.
