For questions regarding the delivery date of your spare parts, please contact solely your local partner directly to guarantee a smooth and speedy processing of your order. After processing the order, we confirm it to the dealer. With this sales confirmation he will be able to get information regarding the delivery status as well as the delivery date from us and he can pass the information on to you.

Please discuss your request for the modification of an existing order for a new vehicle directly with your Bürstner dealer. Changes and additional requests are a modification of the purchase contract which you have concluded with the Bürstner dealer. We are the manufacturer and we can only change the contract after getting an instruction from the dealer. Thank you for your understanding.
Bürstner offers you a warranty against leakage of 10 years (starting from the 2019 model year) for your new vehicle if you have the necessary inspections done by a Bürstner dealer or service partner annually – starting one year after the registration date. We allow a period of up to +/- 1 month before or after that date to have the inspections carried out.
For questions regarding the increase of the gross vehicle weight or other changes of the homologation certificates, please contact your Bürstner dealer directly. He will get all the necessary information and documents from our after sales service / from our homologation department.
The unladen weight of your vehicle can only be found in the sales brochure of the particular model but the information is not binding. Additional and reliable information regarding the weight of the specific vehicle cannot be given after it has left the production plant. Therefore we recommend you to have your vehicle weighed, for example at the Technical Inspection Authority. That way you will get reliable information, the cost is usually low and you know exactly what your payload is.
Please note that it is absolutely necessary to contact your regional Bürstner dealer or service partner if you have any questions regarding work covered by warranty. An evaluation and an approval of the warranty claim require the expert opinion of an authorised Bürstner dealer or service partner.
We are happy to make quotations for repairs. The basis is your detailed description of the damage as well as some pictures.
Cost estimate will be invoiced with the following amount:
Up to 10.000 Euro damage sum: 200,- €
More than 10.000 Euro damage sum: 300 €
Please confirm your acceptance of this procedure when ordering a quotation. The invoiced amount will be refunded when the repairs are carried out at our service centre.
