Caravaning Design Award won

Bürstner receives the Caravaning Design Award for innovative upholstery

Design experts from Messe Düsseldorf presented the Caravaning Design Award 2006 to the tradition-filled caravan and motorhome manufacturer in Kehl, Baden. Bürstner received this award for its new upholstery fabric novalife®, which gives the company’s leisure vehicles a completely new sense of comfort and lifestyle.

novalife® is an upholstery fabric with similar characteristics to top quality leather. It is extremely easy to look after, and its fine structure consistently protects against moisture and dirt. The material is also incredibly comfortable as seating, pleasant to the touch yet breathable and amazingly hard-wearing. Bürstner developed novalife® in co-operation with famous seating manufacturer Hukla, and offers the fabric exclusively in many of its own vehicle ranges.

The Caravaning Design Award recognises high quality products and companies with above-average levels of innovation. It is awarded in co-operation with the Red Dot Project, one of the most respected design juries in Germany.
